Safe Operation

Using Fanola®
Fanola fuel is a flammable liquid based on alcohol and when used, neither smell nor smoke are emitted during burning. User friendly proportions of steam and CO2 remain in the air similar to that exhaled by humans. No undesired side-effects such as smoke, ash or solid remains after the fuel has burnt. As with any open fire, Planika fires require a well ventilated room. In flats and smaller rooms, a slightly opened window will suffice.
Safe Environment
When buiding Planika bio fires not only did Planika's engineers ensure that the fires were safe to use, they developed their bio fires from to be environmentally friendly. The liquid is recommended as being friendly to the natural environment of humans. Fanola® is made from renewable agricultural produce, which does not destroy the natural environment as in the case of cutting down trees.
